By using vozly.shop or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
- Orders. When you place an order, you're offering to buy. We may cancel or refuse an order for pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud, and will refund you in full if we do.
- Pricing and payment. Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. Payment is taken at checkout. We don't store your card details; payments are handled by our payment processor.
- Shipping and returns. See our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms. We ship to US addresses only.
- Product use. Devices may need a phone connection or Wi-Fi for some features. Translation accuracy varies, and we don't guarantee that translations are error-free.
- Warranty. Products come with the protection described in our Return and Refund Policy. We aren't liable for damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modification.
- Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vozly isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
- Intellectual property. All content on this site belongs to Vozly and may not be reused without permission.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Vozly operates.
- Changes. We may update these terms at any time. Using the site after changes means you accept them.
